Job Profile & Description:
Total – 100 Vacancies-
· Associate Customer Support – Fresher-Voice/Semi voice
· Associate Customer Support – Experienced- BPO Candidates (Non-technical)
Note: (No Sales, No Targets – Voice & Semi Voice process)
· Inbound: Generic Inbound skills, typing speed above average.
Salary for Malayalam Language: 9000/- INR (plus Incentives and Shift Allowance Extra).

· Age criteria / Residency criteria
Minimum 18 years of age and max 28-30 years of age.
Education criteria (Full Time)
1. Fresher‘s : Malayalam & English Any Graduate (Final year and pass outs)
Experienced : Any Graduate (No Diploma)
· Work experience
1. Candidates with BPO background preferred, but not mandatory.
· Stability requirement
1. Willing to work in any/rotational shift in accordance to business requirement. (Female employees willing to work for any 9 hours between 6 am to 9 pm)
